Step three is to study other membership sites. Join a few inexpensive ones and see what they offer to their customers. You'll notice that most sites offer downloadable content, discussion forums, how-to advice articles, and not much else. Think of ways to be different, unique, and "remarkable" because good word of mouth will quickly grow your membership ranks.

Step four is pricing. Membership sites range in price from $7 a month to $997 a month. Price too low and people won't take you seriously. Price too high and you severely limit your market. See what other sites in your niche or something similar are charging their customers.
